Fighting Fit BootCamp is the first of it’s kind! It is a unique Fitness Program set in a bootcamp style environment conducted by martial artist and personal trainer Darryl D’Amico. The emphasis is on helping you lose excess weight, unwanted fat and inches.

AT FIGHTING FIT BOOTCAMP you will punch, knee, kick, run, jump. Lunge, sit-up, push-up and step-up to a leaner slimmer, fiter and happier you. The training sessions vary in intensity according to individual fitness levels.

The workouts are tough, but not as tough as it is carrying around excess weight, The training is indoors and is part of a 6 week, 12 session countdown to losing weight, inches and to feeling better about yourself.
